While registration process, your users will be offered to pass special questionnaire (set of different questions). These questions can be added from the administrative panel. First, user fills out his own survey and after that he points all important things in partner's list. The percentage of match will be shown automatically based on the answers of both partners.
There is also a special section with users which have 90-100% similarities
